If you’re in Oldham (or anywhere remotely close to Manchester for that matter) then make sure to get the 24th of August in your diary for one of the fastest growing festivals around. With tickets hailing from only an astonishing £12.50, Venture Fest is something you’ll want to snatch up quickly before you miss your chance!

With indie giants The Sherlocks set to headline alongside K-Klass, there is shown to be a good range for everyone with tributes ranging from the likes of the Courteeners to Green Day causing plenty of reason to get down to this.
Hosted at Woodhouse Cricket Ground, the day is also set to showcase some of Manchester’s best new talent, most notably with The Coltens, Crook on the Wall and Caesar of Cymatics. With Crook on the Wall set to support The Coltens as a part of their UK Tour at Off The Square in Manchester on February 21st, the duo are increasingly making a name for themselves across the Manchester music scene and will likely be highly anticipated by the crowd.
As previously mentioned, ticket prices as low as £12.50 are virtually unseen within the current industry, only further shining the light towards Venture Entertainment who are seemingly as they claim “Allowing artists to make more money on their live events, unmatched by any promoter.” This is a very valiant model by the company who are setting a standard to all other promoters, and whilst it is unlikely to be matched it is undoubtedly a commendable feat by Venture Entertainment in regards to their means of operation.
Drawing to a conclusion, Venture Fest has proven itself to be one of if not the best value for money festival in Manchester and with it being likely to sell out, I would highly advise anyone to buy their tickets as soon as they can for what is most likely to be a simply unforgettable night!
